PRE-INK PREPARATION
Ensure you are well-hydrated and have eaten a full meal before your session. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to your appointment as it can thin the blood and affect the tattooing process.

IMMEDIATE POST-CARE
Leave the bandage on for the time specified by your artist. Once removed, wash your hands thoroughly and gently clean the tattoo with lukewarm water and mild, unscented soap. Pat dry with a clean paper towel.

HYDRATION & HEALING
Apply a very thin layer of artist-recommended ointment. Do not over apply. Your tattoo needs to breathe to heal. Repeat the cleaning and moisturizing process 2-3 times a day for the first week.

LONG-TERM MAINTENANCE
Avoid direct sunlight and swimming for at least two weeks. Once fully healed, always use SPF 50 or higher on your tattoo to prevent fading and maintain its clinical artistic integrity over time.
